Rebecca was extremely thorough, diligent and communicative throughout our work
We were recommended to Rebecca from our financial planner. My girlfriend and I wanted to create our legal documents but weren't sure of how to begin. Rebecca took time to explain the process. She listened to our goals and our interests and helped us develop a comprehensive estate plan that was unique to us. Rebecca was extremely thorough, diligent and communicative throughout our work together. Her documents reflect her thoughtfulness and her attention to details. We now have a complete plan, unique to our wishes and our goals, that is easy to access. This process could not have been any easier and we could not be more satisfied. Rebecca treated us as people first and that helped the successful completion of our documents.

Rebecca handled everything with a great deal of patience, knowledge and expertise
My wife and I were recently referred to Rebecca Sanders, PLC by our financial advisor. Our purpose was to create a trust so that our total assets would be protected and distributed to our children and others in the event of our death(s). We also wanted to update our medical power of attorney and living wills since they were old and outdated. The process seemed daunting as we had accumulated a fair amount of wealth and assets. In addition, we each have 3 children from prior marriages, along with others that we wanted to grant gifts to. During our first visit with Rebecca, she kindly explained all of the options for us to take home and discuss in regard to creating the trust and the additional documents we were concerned about. After a few days, we still had more questions so we scheduled a follow up visit to get clarification on a couple of the matters that Rebecca had discussed. After some additional discussion, my wife and I decided on what options we felt the most comfortable with and scheduled another visit with Rebecca so that she could start putting the documents together. Rebecca quickly created each of the documents and met with us again to make sure we totally understood exactly what we had created. We were totally satisfied with our experience with Rebecca.

Professional and responsive
Rebecca recently set up a family trust for us as well as updated our wills, POA, etc. She was responsive, asked good questions, listened to our answers, and provided useful recommendations about details and steps to take. She was professional without being too formal- just right for our preferences. We'd definitely recommend her.

Estate Planning is on no ones fun list, but I will tell you that from the first meeting, she sat down got to know my financial situation, where I was at and where I needed to go. I wasn’t sure if any details pertaining to Will, estate etc. Blessed to have met Rebecca. I loved working with Rebecca. She carefully and patiently worked us through the process explaining everything. I know I felt that we had a very good plan in place in the situation where My wife or I were called home to Jesus. Our living trust protects us from probate. And Rebecca will help act as legal council if the trust is challenged in any way. In addition I think her rates were very reasonable. Others reported paying much more for similar work. Very pleased indeed.

Amazing experience!
Rebecca was amazing to work with, I would highly recommend her to anyone. We’ve been putting off setting up a Trust because we thought it was going to be such an ordeal, she made it so easy for us, we should have done it years ago. If you feel uncomfortable meeting with anyone these days due to COVID-19 you shouldn’t worry about going to her office. It was clean, all sanitizing measures were apparent, we were guided to a large conference room that was cleaned just before we entered and there was plenty of room for social distance. Amazing experience!
